Born in Michigan & shortly after turning 10 years old, my folks settled down in Springfield, Vermont, and there I spent the rest of my quasi-adventurous childhood.  After graduating with high honors from Vermont Technical College with an Associate's Degree in Architectural and Building Engineering Technology, I worked a year at a local engineering firm to save money, and then continued my architectural education at Roger Williams University.  During my studies there I spent a semester abroad in the London Theatre Program where the scales almost tipped to change my major, but then my practical senses took over.  I graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor's in Architecture and a Minor in Theatre, and headed for Burlington.  My love of theatre drew me to become involved with Lyric Theatre Company where my face was often seen onstage in the mid to late 1990's & early 2000's.  I also worked behind the scenes in a number of shows, including two set designs.  It was at Lyric Theatre where I met my wife, and hence we now have three active children.  Thus, I’ve had less time for theatre and more time for fatherhood.  Currently, besides enjoying my work here at Duncan-Wisniewski Architecture, I enjoy spending time with my family being active at our church, traveling, camping, hiking, biking, etc.

I've had the privilege of working for Bob and Michael since 1999 and am still currently in the process of becoming a licensed architect.  What I enjoy most about architecture is working with clients, and designing solutions that work specifically for them, and yet have order and aesthetic appeal, and hopefully some unique character that they can call their own.
