What if we turned the Pantheon upside down? Slice a piece of the sphere off the top, invert it, and set the spherical cap on slender columns. Adding a Pythagorean Siphon around the oculus allows the spherical cap to hold water but still see the sky. In this small temple where people can gather, rainwater is held above your head, released, held again in storage below your feet before slowly being released to infiltrate the surrounding area.
