Reid Commons is located in downtown St. Albans on the brownfield redevelopment site previously owned by Fonda that has been cleaned up and restored for use. The project contains 33 units of affordable, senior housing including a mix of one and two-bedroom units designed to meet passive house standards. Program spaces include a community room and kitchen, a game nook, and a computer room as well as outdoor raised vegetable gardens for resident use and a walking path through the site.
