St. Johnsbury, VT
The former New Avenue Hotel was built in 1896 as a four story brick building in the Richardsonian Romenesque style. Previously known as Depot Square the 47 existing apartments underwent a complete gut rehab into 40 new apartments over multiple commercial spaces on the first floor. The building is listed on the National Historic Register and all work was subject to approval by the National Park Service.
