Juniper House is 70 affordable senior dwelling units with common spaces, services and outdoor porches and gardens over underground parking. It was designed simultaneously with The Laurentide around a shared courtyard and drop off area. The building creates a new streetscape along North Ave. (Note - new work in the ROW will be by the city in 2022).
